The People's Hi-Tech Army (TPHTA) is dedicated to bringing high quality, low cost computer related services to the general public.  Established in 2007, TPHTA is still recovering from Hurricane Ike.  Re-Opening in 2009, we are excited to continue to serve the Galveston Community with affordable computer repair, virus removal, and website hosting & design.
